NW-Group is collaborating today with a number of wholesalers around Sweden. We stock the most common parts of the trademarks we have an agreement with.

New production We have been recruited on a number of occasions to assist in production and assembly at major delivery of bells.

Service At high loads of our own repairs, we have helped to prevent end-customers from incurring too long delivery times.

Warranty Management We work flexibly and adapt to our customers’ needs. We offer direct contact to end customer. The warranty will be sent directly to us and from us to the end customer within 2 weeks, provided we have all parts in stock. Alternatively, the watch will be sent via you, and then in a complete delivery to us with other repair items. The bells are repaired and sent back to you. We listen to you as a customer and try to adapt to your needs.

How long will my repair take? Normally, we will handle the repair within 4 weeks. For issues beyond the warranty period, a cost proposal will be given, after which a repair approval must be obtained before the repair can be started.

Warranty? 1 year warranty is given on work performed. The warranty will be void if the watch is abused, misappropriated, manipulated or discarded. On battery replacement, 1 year warranty is given.
