A complementary link for your store

NW-Group is currently working on a variety of chains and independent stores in Sweden. We provide parts for over 50 different brands and have stock of parts for over 100 different older models.

What does a retailer require of you as a store? In order to achieve as high a level as possible, we are a complementary link for you as a store. We have a well-developed service system to efficiently drive the affairs between end customer, store and us as a service center. This is supported by inventory lists, service history, recommended prices and good delivery times. Our goal is to hold a delivery time of 2 weeks from receipt of an approved order. This is subject to reservation for residual items, illness or other unaffected causes. We may have direct contact with end customers in certain cases to minimize the risk of misunderstandings. We always listen to you as a customer and try to adapt to your needs.

How long will my repair take? Normally, we will handle the repair within 4 weeks. For issues beyond the warranty period, a cost proposal will be given, after which a repair approval must be obtained before the repair can be started.

Warranty? 1 year warranty is given on work performed. The warranty will be void if the watch is abused, misappropriated, manipulated or discarded. On battery replacement, 1 year warranty is given.
